Hewlett Packard "Stress-Free Online" Webinar
NOTE: to step through the Webinar use the "Previous"

graphic.
At this time, 1999, webinars were a cutting edge technology. A webinar is defined as
a live, Internet-based presentation in which participants call in to a pre-arranged phone
number to listen and to ask questions as appropriate. In the presentation I had the
opportunity to use animated gifs in this strategic places within the presentation.
This Webinar was prepared for Hewlett Packard as an instructional
presentation to sales and upper management on HP's new storage architecture
& products "SureStore E", "EMC Symmetrix" and
"STK Silos" which were competing for market place
share with IBM's SeaScape, Sun's StorEdge, Compaq's StorageWorks and EMC's Symmetrix.
It was especially important to maintain corporate branding and finding a
style that was clean and allowed for clarity of the presentation material.
As is often the case in a situation where the client is not in-house, deadlines
for providing materisal such as photographs and final content slipped
repeatedly. Despite two major revisions of the content,
the last
received just the day before the launch,
all the work was completed on time, was tested and certified prior
to the webinar going live.
