Direct Mail Flyer

This piece was created to be included with our monthly Client Appreciation letters. It showcases the design work of one of our partners Pounds & Francs based out of Tulsa, Oklahoma.

It further offers and free design consultation with our local kitchen designer Kimberly Larzelere of KL Kitchen Studios.

I like the way the words Dare to Dream are juxtaposed, and the reversal of Dream as it intersects the topmost picture. There is balance without symmetry, as well as white space and a logical flow throught the flyer.

Development Proposal
This was worked up as a presentation to a client whose property we were interested in subdividing and developing a series of spec homes and a custom home for the client.

It was designed to entice high-end home buyers, creating sufficient interest to encourage them to look at the property, the proposed development and invest in the project.
