About this Project:
This was a project that I took on for a non-profit organization whose roots were forged as an extension of the participants time at Stanford Business School. Their goal is to make a difference in the world using the various skills they have acquired.

Project Redwood Home Page:
Probably the most time consuming part of this project was the creation of the logo. After a couple of false starts we settled on a tree design. I created over a dozen different tree designs which were then reduced to three. This was then combined with a half dozen fonts in both single and double line formats. Once the overall look of the logo and logo type was settled upon some final adjustments were made to the logo and then the final step was settling on a set of colors. Initially I gave them several autumn color palettes of six colors each to work from. Colors were selected and the actual design page design got underway. They basically accepted my original design, though we spent approximately four hours determining the final specifics for the site, selecting quotes and pictures. The site was launched less than two weeks after acceptance of the final design.
